In that earlier movie on My Spanking Roommate, Stevie Rose was a traffic police officer who spanked Elori Stix and Kay Richards for jaywalking. Having been punished twice for the same offence the two ladies are not at all happy with Stevie, so when she moves into their apartment complex they are able to air their grievances.
